My Milano Zephyr DC fan developed a fault after 4.5 years. However, Fan City subsequently resolved this professionally by replacing the faulty fan with a much higher quality (discounted) Milano Elite DC fan sourced directly from their (Taiwan) factory. Excellent customer service from Fan City and therefore highly recommended.
